Was there an Australian connection in the recent sensational murder of French banker Edouard Stern, son-in-law of the head of the Lazard Freres investment bank Michel David-Weill? Well sort of, according to The Spectator’s ‘High Life’ columnist Taki Theodoracopulos.
Stern, who Taki describes “as close to being a monster as anyone can be and still be free to walk around in polite society”, was murdered in his Geneva apartment by a 36-year-old blonde known only as Cecile B. Taki describes her as an art-loving “dominatrix who specialised in rough sex” who had “served Stern’s sexual whims for years”. Cecile B confessed to killing Stern, with her lawyers insisting it was a “crime passionel”.
So what was the Australian connection to the crime Europe’s polite society can’t stop talking about? Well it turns out that Cecile B had a latex suit and a large dildo delivered to her from Australia days before the murder – and when Stern’s body was was found by police he was wearing both.
