An announcement is expected today on the splitting up of the small Palamedia media group. But one thing is certain: its founder David Koch will not be seen on Sky Business News after today, when the deal with Sky News ends. The Seven Network wants Koch to concentrate on his Sunrise duties, where he has pushed the program, with the help of trusty sidekick Mel, to clear leadership in the morning news and chat and tiara battle with Nine’s Today show.
Whether Koch retains the finance editor title is another point of interest at Seven, but he’s got a second series of the small business show, My Business on Seven. That starts Sunday 17 April at 11 am.
