As AAP reports here, former Nine Network newsreader Jim Waley has settled with the network
out of court. This morning, lawyers for both parties told the NSW
Supreme Court that they had settled their differences.
Waley launched the lawsuit after he was dropped as Nine’s Sydney newsreader two years into his five-year
contract and replaced by the youthful Mark
Ferguson.
