something wrong here – the Australian head of state has congratulated the
English cricket team for winning the Ashes. It seems she hasn’t sent any message
of sympathy for her own team for losing! This is a further illustration of what a
constitutional mess this country is in – a foreign head of state congratulating
a foreign team foe beating an Australian team. How the monarchists will handle
this will be interesting.
