has been sold by its current owners, the Gordon family, according to a rumour swirling around Network Ten.

The Victorian Office of Corrections (Prisons & Community Corrections)
have a $30 million blowout in the budget for next year. All the top
executives are running for cover screaming, it’s not me to blame, it’s
not me to blame and trying to cover their collective a**es. The
people who will suffer will be the underlings, the staff who are at the
front doing their best. There will be staff cuts with slash and burn
for services. Meanwhile, these incompetent executives will keep their
jobs and will probably be rewarded with a promotion.
