Kevin Rudd has indicated that he’s going to be big on report cards during his term. Report cards for his ministers, a report card for himself.

The Climate Institute have kindly provided a cut-out-and-keep list of assessment guidelines for the new PM’s first big assignment: the upcoming meeting of the UN’s Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and Kyoto Protocol in Bali (3-14 December).

In the Climate Institute’s words, “it is hoped that the conference will deliver a ‘mandate’ or roadmap to expand and strengthen the international climate change response within two years.”
