Here is another leak from Qantas, this time about the other leak that came within minutes of putting 360 people on board QF2 on 7 January in the seas off Thailand or into a klong. We repeat our information, that nothing as serious as this has ever happened to anyone else’s Boeing 747s, or Boeing 767s. Crikey readers have reported ugly outbreaks of poor plumbing in those jets used on the Cityflyer services between major cities. What gives? (Click the images to enlarge)
As a Qantas basher myself at the moment even i found this misquoting in the headline a bit much. If I want sensationilism I’ll read Woman’s Day thanks.
With Qantas approach to Bankok 7th Jan using 15 minutes of standby [emergency] battery power out of a total of 30 minutes leaves 15minutes spare. Would this be enough for a “go round” caused by a sudden obstruction on the runway in use.?
