Diamoprphine is one of the lesser evils of our society made evil by prohibition. Alcohol,cannabis,tabbacco & gambling cause far more harm. Morphine in controlled doses will not kill you although constipation is a risk. It is though politically incorrect.
I thought that the first thing that the coalition would do in the invasion of Afghanistan would be to crop spray the poppy fields with weed killer,It still amazes me that no one mention this as a important strategy to stop the rot& the Killing.
