F*ck me, you got the vibe just right from my visit Tuesday and Wednesday. And how’s this for an omen. Driving back to Sydney it was stormy on the Federal Hwy to Goulburn which was an issue for a tall billboard banner on a car size tandem trailer.
And this innocent maybe recently fledged beautiful magpie was sheltering … on the right hand lane of the road. Shudder.
About an hour later I turned on the hand held battery tv (this part is true) and saw a press conference live on the abc prime time tv news where reception was okay on the hilly section. Turnbull looked like the juvenile Magpie suffering the same fate flying into the left lane where a big forest climate billboard was barrelling along.
I wish she had me on a string, Cat. Sigh.
