That cartoon should be in the “Crikey Clarifier” section. Seriously. It makes so much more sense than either of the propaganda campaigns currently running.

I have an admission to make: I like tv ads where handsome, buff young men wearing moleskins and rugged boots get out of dusty, macho 4WDs and go striding across the land (which, admittedly, might not be there much longer if the mining activities in the background are anything to go by). I’m willing to believe anything such men tell me.
