I had a friend who was so paranoid that when we went to footy games, he would see them form a scrum, immediately assumed they were talking about him, and he wanted to go home.
He reckoned I was just jealous because he was the only one hearing the voices.

I can recommend Ashtanga yoga for getting them to push off. But mine were just common or garden variety anxiety and neuroses.

Firsty, would a solo ramble in the country help clear the pipeline? Or, at least a stroll in the park, birds tweeting, sound of the wind rustling the autumn leaves…
I find that Mother Nature can often be the best company.
Hmm…Three weeks holiday…In the Northern Pacific…On the Weight Watchers deluxe cruising rooftop.
Doesn’t seem to have helped much in the chilling out dept. FD.
Never mind. …..Perhaps you could get a gig on the new Andrew Bolt show in the “Talking Voices” segment. (I hear he *loves* paranoids.)
Hell, we may even *finally* get to see your work on the TV! 😀
