Is it me or is this sign on a nearby church in bad taste?

Nearby is another sign, mammon rather than godly; a demonstration of higher grammatical and punctuation standards than realtors can summon. (Not to mention other kinds of standards.) Here is the sign — I have circled the mistakes/corrections:

PP has also faintly attempted to insert an apostrophe in “district‘s” … indicated a lower-case for the initial S in “Streets” and a comma after the word; deleting the apostrophe after “1970’s” … then inserting “d” after “an” and crossing out “is” for”are” … then deleting the comma after “time” and replacing it with a period while deleting the following “and” … ending with a final flourish of irritations: inserting a comma after “live” and one after “investment” and a contracting apostrophe in “it’s” and flicking a final hyphen between “tree” and “lined.”
