Yes indeed it is time to assist and train African Leaders to invest money into basic infrastructure i.e. roads! Instead of
investing money in themselves and their own family and tribe. It is an unfortunate system which is even older than the feudal system which currently runs the Middle East… it is a Tribal system. I wonder when Somalia and Zimbabwe and DRC etc., will realise that they are actually a Nation and have duty of care to all in that nation. I just wonder why it is taking so long for this message to get through to their so called Leaders.
