I’m really disappointed that sources were *not* quoted as saying ….
“It’s about time someone gave Julia a noogie”.
Because I’m *dying* to know, just what exactly a “noogie” is.
Any assistance from the resident dogonaughts would be appreciated.

“Don’t make me stop the car and come back there !”

Paddy, I believe a “noogie” is a knuckling of the head
Three Stooges style, but I don’t know a lot about Parliamentary
procedure, so stand to be corrected.

‘…since I accidentally deposed him…’

You’ve artfully nailed it there, Mr Onthemoon: one party purports they didn’t mean to do it and the other party claims they did. No TV for a week for the one who’s fibbing.

Jasper’s skills are endless, since being ejected from The Lodge he’s gone from strength to strength with a CV almost as thick as the Yellow Pages.
