I’ll never get that 27 seconds back.
Twas crap, but I’ll award sympathy points for a first try. On the other hand, I’d love to see this go a bit further. Imagine a day when the Speaker (or any parliamentarian) gives a 27 second spiel about why they voted a particular way on an issue.

I simply don’t know why Peter didn’t stick with the format we agreed on.
1. Get new robes, a lacey underthingy and a curly wig.
2. Queue music and turn to the camera looking over your left shoulder while wearing your
cheekiest grin.
3. Start the long slow removal process.
Looks like I’ll have to show him that Dita DVD again.
