…. some brainstorming ideas for First Loafer on the Moon, err Wonderful Pooch on Mercury …

1. glorious autumn weather
2. mild cool breeze through sydney for 3 days resulting in … zero smog.
3. cannon hills all over Australia’s coastline – something to do with the Crimean War (WTF? i.e Where the hell is the Crimea, why us, is Abbott the modern paranoid version?);
4. Bolt does two shakey presentations in a week – that bloggy Breivik mash up acccurately noting common ground with Bolt is working.
5. Who is “aussiegreg” on New Matilda comment string – Greg Hunt or Greg Sheridan, or both?
6. Why does my girlfriends mother’s chihuahua bail up little kids, surround them and bark ferociously? Is it true chihuahua hunt in packs in the Mexican desert?
7. Is Penberthy right (pun – geddit?) that tradies are paid now on average more than graduates? Is yes, is this new class of dumb rich people with no uni critical thinking skills amoral economic widgets who traded their freedom for corporate bribery, a bit like the Chinese central committee grand bargain after Tianamen?
8. Is Peter Van Onselen right that Crime Stoppers is a joke, and who made those nasty vexatious reports that will sit on his file forever?

… and other obscure whimsical inquiry as required …

You are worth more money Firdo. Have you considered working for the Muckrake empire? Fact free, biased opinions, paid for by big business, supplies a fountain of inspiration for material. You will probably only get one or two toons out before they actually understand the content, (or someone smart tells them), and you have to crawl back here for a job; but it would be so worth it.
