On Friday, July 6 Crikey published an article entitled “Blunden enforces change at Herald Sun, Pristel walks”, the article suggested that Peter Blunden was responsible for undermining Simon Pristel’s position as editor of the Herald Sun and ultimately his removal. The article was inaccurate and without any foundation. Crikey wishes to apologise to Mr Blunden for the publication of the article and for any damage it may have caused.
