It’s reporting season and early Thursday morning Australian East Coast time, 21st Century Fox releases its 4th quarter and 2015-16 full year sales and earnings figures. The problem is, the earning figures aren’t what people will be tuning into the analysts and media call straight after the release for, and so far no one has been nominated on the Fox website to be the host.

Normally co-chair, Lachlan Murdoch and CEO, James Murdoch have fronted the Fox briefings, but will they face up when the call will be dominated by the sacking of Roger Ailes as head of Fox Network News, and not the operational results?

Over at the other family company, News Corp, which reports early on August 9, CEO Robert Thomson and chief financial officer Bedi Singh will host the analysts conference, as usual. Will co-chair and temporary Fox News head, 85-year-old Rupert Murdoch be available to explain where Fox News goes now sans Roger Ailes? We’ll have to wait and see.
