Lego Masters ended its run with 2.02 million for the winners announcement on Nine last night and 1.66 million for the lead-up — for an average of 1.84 million across the program. Nine won everything.

Seven’s House Rules averaged 898,000 and Ten’s MasterChef had 804,000. In early evening Celebrity Name Game shrank, as it was always going to, with the national audience down to 333,000 (from 387,000). Whatever charm Lego Masters had for metro viewers fell through in regional markets. There, Seven’s 6pm News topped the night with 617,000, Seven News/Today Tonight had 578,000, the winner’s announcement on Lego Masters was third with 535,000 with the lead up averaging a weak (comparatively) 420,000. Fifth was the 5.30pm Chase Australia with 402,000.
