Humility is one of those qualities like fame or power: as soon as someone says they have it, you begin to suspect they don’t. So it was with new Twitter owner Elon Musk, who put out a missive to Twitter advertisers saying he was buying the platform with “humility”. This followed a paragraph in which he described his purchase as “important to the future of civilisation”.
“I didn’t do it because it would be easy. I didn’t do it to make more money. I did it to try to help humanity, whom I love.” So it didn’t have anything to do with that lawsuit?
This comes the day after Musk entered Twitter’s headquarters carrying a sink. It was like one of those Halloween costumes you have to explain every time you start talking to someone new at the party.
Changes are already afoot, with several outlets reporting that CEO Parag Agrawal, chief financial officer Ned Segal and Vijaya Gadde, head of legal policy, trust and safety, have all been fired since Musk’s takeover.
The future is bright.

I’d put it beyond suspicion Charlie – more as Macron expressed it: I don’t think, I know.
I always recall Rupert Murdoch, called to attend the UK parliamentary inquiry into illegal phone tapping. He said it was the most humble day of his life. Humble and humiliating do not have identical meanings.
No does contrite or regretfull (other than getting caught and treated like a prole).
this is what happens when people take billionaires seriously
Maybe, just maybe, we take him at his word? Or, are we saying the The Toilet Wall <backspace> Twitter is just fine as it is ?
Why should we start believing everything some rich cunnt says?
Uh-oh. Posted a commenting that is still Awaiting for [sic] Approval. Let me try again.

Generally anything containing either certain trigger words, or quotes from or links to other articles (including Crikey ones) will produce the response. And a programmer with limited understanding of the English language.
I’m still trying to work out what “nonce is invalid” means. No paedos?
Will he be so humble as to censor himself before he starts spewing bullshit all over twitter? Probably not because its his platform and can spew all over it as much as he wants.
