our own DHS workers. Its OK, you’re not being ignored, we have our own
DHS workers that work here at State office. Ms Patten-Welch said, ‘Hold
on, you work in with DHS, do you?’ Sharon said ‘We call it DHS, that’s
what we call them. Their sole job is to follow up complaints. We have
three of them.”
