Eagle-eyed readers of Saturday’s Adelaide Advertiser may have glimpsed what the paper’s sub-editors appear to have missed, that little note propped against the candle in the bottom right of this picture, the little note that reads: “Candle ceremony for Maxine McKew hope she knocks the f-cker off”. Surely a tad partisan?
