They would have to be the largest Retirement Village developers/operators in Aus.
They never get into the papers but they are worth a
motza. They trade under ARC (Australian Retirement Communities) in
Melbourne and have extensive property interests outside the annuity
stream of the Villages. Pretty sure they own the Dendy Theatre complex
in Brighton.
Very nice guys & amazingly focused.
The system they use to derive income from the development/operation of the villages is fantastic.
