Mr Onthemoon, Bali being a predominantly Muslim country, the locals may assume that, along with Mrs Onthemoon, the lesbians are your devoted wives.
Love the sock on your nose in #2. Buy some alpaca socks immediately, you will think you are in paradise.

1.
1. learn to say “tidak terima kasih” it means no thank you or politely fu*k off – by the end of the week you will get tired of being nice
2. give kuta a big miss
3. don’t eat the fish in ubud!
4. if invited in a private home buy something or expect a kris to be displayed
5. if bringing back something made of wood, forget it – but if you are really good babble on at customs

Buzz: Bali is more Hindu, but you seem to be right about Mr and The Mrs’s Onthemoon’s marital arrangements. It seems he has been married to all of them for 20 years.
I know how you feel First Dog, it got down to 15 degrees here the other night. Brrr.

@Zut, Bali is different to the rest of Indonesia, being predominantly Hindu.
So they’ll probably think FD is Krishna and his entourage are a bunch of adoring gopis. http://www.glimpseofkrishna.com/images/gopis.jpg
P.S. FD, for the great Krishna hoax to work properly, you’d best cover yourself with woad before takeoff. 🙂
