The draft of a press release from the media department at law firm Slater & Gordon has landed in Crikey’s hands today, announcing that the NSW arm of the ambulance chasers is to merge with Maurice May Lawyers – a small Sydney law firm that specialises in workers comp and IR cases. We found paragraph five of the release particularly interesting.

Slater & Gordon confirmed the news this morning and told us that the leaked release was a draft and that they could indeed support the claim in question. The un-annotated version of the release is due to be sent out tomorrow.
