It seems to provide full details of the set dressing and stage instructions needed at future Ryan FEC meetings to preserve the dignity of Khemlani and his kronies. Presumably the komplaisant Kweensland Liberal state executive will arrange show trials and expulsions from the party of anyone who fluffs their lines or heckles.
