I think Crikey have acted in a reckless and provocative manner by posting this as today’s video. I urge them to get around the negotiating table, put aside the rhetoric, and stop this kind of thing from happening again…
Actually the interview was by an ITV journalist for pool use – Charlie Brooker in the Guardian has the best take I’ve seen, including links to the journalists own posting on twitter describing the frustration.
and anyway, negotiations are still going on, so they should put aside the table, get around the negotiating rhetoric and stop acting in a provocative happening. I say that publicly and privately.
He’s brilliant. He knows there’s only room for one sound bite, and he is going to control which one it will be. It’s quite athletic really.
Ed is obviously a Monty Python fan, that could easily be a Monty Python skit 🙂
