Last week The Tiser
asked its readers to sign a contract agreeing not to kill themselves and others
on the roads. And, says the paper, the idea has been a stunning success. Since TheTiser
launched its new safety contracts, not one South Australian has died on the state’s roads.
Today’s Advertiser
front page is dominated by a giant 0 over the headine: “No road deaths in a week – now let’s go on and break the record”.
What next? A contract to prevent murder or child abuse? Watch TheTiser’s
front page.
