This look like the story board for the original Flying High movie, but who is being played by Leslie Neilson?

Fabulous First Dog produces yet another opus of genius. Surely all airlines go to the same school of escapism as QANTAS-sorry about the pun. Does anyone seriously believe that up to three hundred people could survive an impact after dropping 30,000ft?
FIRST DOG’s cartoon should be displayed on all planes throughout the world. It might bring a surreal laugh or two from the potential victims.
