The Greens kindly sent a copy of their plan “Rescue the Senate” to Crikey. It calls for the Greens or the ALP to win four of the six Senate seats available in at least two states in 2007. Funny. They seem to have lowered their sights. After all, if there’d been any substance to Bob Brown’s boasts before the election last year – that the Greens would win Senators in every state – they wouldn’t need this strategy.
