The Republican National Commitee have spent over $150,000 in clothes and accessories for Sarah Palin and her family, and almost $5000 on hair and makeup, Politico reports.
“According to financial disclosure records, the accessorizing began in early September and included bills from Saks Fifth Avenue in St. Louis and New York for a combined $49,425.74”

Meanwhile, Radar reports that McCain spent $8,672.55 on a professional make-up artist during September.
“McCain’s foundation-applier is Tifanie White, who also does up the contestants on American Idol and So You Think You Can Dance. Unfortunately, all the make-up in the world can’t cover up his weird facial tics and excessive blinking.”
