Sophie Vorrath writes:
Disgraced businessman Steve Vizard
is back in the public company arena. An ASX release this morning
connects the man who was last year banned from being a company director
for ten years with a share purchase in the publicly listed Artist & Entertainment Group.
The release says Communicate Trust, acting as a trustee for interests connected with Steve Vizard and Shaun Levin, has become a 10% shareholder in the AE Group, having bought a six million share stake worth more than $340,000.
The
Artist & Entertainment Group bills itself on its website as “the
largest manager and provider of Australian creative talent.” The company’s website also says that, following the completion of the placement, it will
appoint Communicate CEO Levin to the AEM board.
