The total share of the non-primary channels of all the free to air networks: 38.4%, down from 43.7% on Sunday night. That’s best measure of viewer engagement with free-to-air TV last night — fitful at best.
It is no wonder that viewers are jaded, if you were watching the Nine Network last night you had to listen carefully for the beating of wings as time flew from 1981 a week ago to 1984, as Indiana Jones emerged from a jungle near you to give us The Temple of Doom. We are talking near ancient history here. Is it TV programming for the fittest? Temple of Doom managed 328,000 viewers. There’s a big message from Nine here to viewers — don’t watch, get Netflixed or Stanned.
Nine is obviously still recovering after its new HQ opening last Friday night and doesn’t want to be disturbed. It still won total people from Seven, the ABC and Ten writing yet another chapter in its now usual summer agony.

What a joke, the jealous and pathetic Anglo-american press is, especially when it comes to vaccines.
On 2nd of Aug. 2020, when Russia announced approval of its Sputnik Covid vaccine, the above mentioned press attacked Russian Covid efforts from every possible angle: Unproven, too vast development and approval, no published data, no peer reviews, etc. China got a similar treatment, even though both countries had wanted to work in conjunction with western ‘partners’.
Since then, much information has surfaced around the world about vaccines from both countries. The Anglo-american world still neglects the vaccines from these countries, even though now both countries are far ahead on vaccination, research, and feedback from the vast amounts of different people who have been vaccinated.
What’s worse, is that the UK, in desperation, has approved and started to vaccinate its own population, with a vaccine that hasn’t published any data of its research jumped all the processes it acussed Russia for not doing. Like much on Russia and China: The Pot calling the Cattle Black!!
I wrote an email to our PM in Aug.20, of why isn’t our government even considering the Russian vaccines. After all they have some of the best medical scientists in the world. PM replied that we have our own Qld uni. project, and are waiting Astra-Zeneca. I knew that!! People always state the obvious, when given a difficult question.
He also suggested that the gov. has an open mind?? Also not to reply, as I won’t get further response (bugger off), rather diplomaticly.. still I wrote back politely, to thank him for keeping an open mind. Whatever that means…
