The word sleaze is the first word that comes to my mind relating to this person.
The mention of Arthur Sinodinos as a character reference comes with its warning
that something shifty is going down.
Old Arthur is known for his loose use of the truth; in times prior had been set to become
a significant player in a weird & mysteriously contrived Australian Water Holdings Corporation
that was little other than “a job(s) for the boys’ gambit.” The pawn was to be the State of NSW
as they already had a very capable Water Board Management System.
Arthur Sinodinis had gone on record by saying he knew nothing of this imminent appointment.
