Ayman Qwaider is a researcher originally from Gaza, Palestine, now based in Australia, and has an MA in peace, conflict and development studies. He has seen the reality of Israeli occupation firsthand, most recently in August 2021 following IDF airstrikes on Gaza. He has been involved in field work supporting children exposed to trauma and educational projects in emergency contexts.
