Felicity Ruby is a Doctoral candidate in the Department of Government and International Relations at the University of Sydney. Her research is focused on Australia's role in the Five Eyes intelligence sharing arrangement and transnational political movements resisting mass surveillance. She has been a political adviser to Senator Scott Ludlam; Greenpeace International; the United Nations Development Fund for Women; the Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom (WILPF); and global software consulting firm, ThoughtWorks.
