Iris Chan is a Fellow in Grattan Institute’s Budgets and Government Program. She has previously worked in a wide range of policy roles at the Reserve Bank of Australia, including as a senior research economist specialising in using microdata to answer policy questions, and has managed teams focused on payments policy and emerging financial markets issues.
