When can we stop thinking about Scott Morrison? Not just yet, Bernard Keane warned this week after the former prime minister’s secret ministry scandal continued to unravel.

David Hardaker reported on the fallout from the whole affair, including some payback from Senator Bridget McKenzie. Hardaker also brought us the latest on a Hillsong whistleblower with more allegations, this time involving the flow of millions of dollars in funds between church entities.

Further abroad, Leslie Cannold wrote about how Trump exposed America and its allies to danger with his handling of top-secret documents, and Julia Bergin checked in on how those in the Solomon Islands felt about the government signing a contract with Chinese tech giant Huawei.

Thank you for your support.

Have a great weekend,
