Seems the First Amendment Right of “peaceable assembly” doesn’t apply in the Jefferson memorial.
What’s really odd about this is that Adam Kokesh is a Republican, having run as a member of the GOP in a congressional district in New Mexico. He lost. As for being body slammed it was more like being body nudged.
